I was excited to speak on behalf of The Brooklin Poetry Society (https://brooklinpoetrysociety.com at the Wild Nellies (https://thewildnellies.com/ ) event on Sunday, April 7th at the Robert McLaughlin Gallery in Oshawa.

I spoke about the poetry workshop I gave at the Women’s Multicultural Resource and Counselling Centre of Durham (http://www.wmrccdurham.org/ ) in February of 2019. I also led the “ghost” reading of the poem I curated, “Imagine/Remember”, which was written by the participants of that workshop. It was an awe-inspiring and amazing experience to be able to lead the reading, and to participate in the event!
